Notes:
Lettings are provisional until confirmed in writing by the Owner.
Lettings are from 4.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00am on day of departure. (Please note there is a daily charge for Guests who do not vacate on time.)
Gas, Water, Electricity and Firewood are included in the rental cost.
Bookings are confirmed, by letter, upon receipt of a Booking Form and 20% of the total rental cost as deposit, or full payment if less than six weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £100 / Euros 150 to cover excess heating charges, damage or breakages is required. This can be in the form of a Euro or Sterling cheque or cash and is to be handed over on arrival. This will be returned at the end of your stay if the property is found to be in an acceptable condition.
Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition they found it. Prices include a general cleaning service at the end of occupancy, should additional cleaning be required by the Guests or found necessary by the Owner, a charge of £25 / Euros 35 will be made.
